Trying to understand what my stock options might be worth and what factors are important

Hi all, I work as a software engineer for a cleantech software startup and our company is doing well. I have stock options, and I have a basic understanding of how they work. But I'm having a lot of trouble understanding what they're worth. I'm hoping someone could help me figure it out, or at least identify what info I'm missing so I can research it more.
So hopefully I have all the numbers right here. My company just got Series A funding for $12.5 million. I have 60,000 options at a strike price of $0.81. I'm told I own .33% of the company. The valuation of the company is currently about $50 million. There's a goal to get to a valuation of $1.5 billion by 2025 with a revenue of $100 million / year, and to find a buyer to acquire us at that point. My question is, if the company met this goal (optimistic as it may be), what would the 60k options be worth (roughly, of course)? Or if it's impossible to know what they'd be worth, what are the factors that make it unknowable?

What are Stock Options

DEFINITION
An option is a contract that gives its owner the right to buy or sell a certain security, at a certain price, up until a certain date.
🤔 UNDERSTANDING AN OPTION
An option is a contract that gives its owner the right — but not the obligation — to buy or sell an underlying asset. An option’s value depends on the price of the underlying security (e.g., a stock). You may also potentially profit from options trading by buying and selling contracts. This the most common way options traders attempt to profit from trading options.
🤓 EXAMPLE
On July 15, 2019, Uber’s stock was trading at $44. If you were bullish on Uber and thought the stock was going to rise, you could have bought a call with an exercise price of $48 that expired Jan 17, 2020. That option cost $3.40, and since it gives you the right to buy 100 shares of Uber for $48 any time before January 17, 2020, it cost $340 (plus fees and commissions). That premium is your cost, and you hope that Uber’s price rises above $48. If it does, you could make a gain. If the price increases to $55 (for example), you could exercise the option, buying 100 shares for $48 each even though they’re worth $55. If the stock stays below $48 through the expiration, that option won’t have any value for you and you’ll lose the $340.
🙌 TAKEAWAY
An option is like an umbrella... It could be valuable for you, or it could end up having no value at all. The beauty with an option, and with an umbrella, is that you don’t have to use it. You bought it, now it’s your option whether to exercise it or not. You use the umbrella when it rains. You exercise the option if it’s in the money. Options expire though, umbrella’s don’t (no analogy is perfect).
👩‍🏫 QUIZ
Options give buyers the right to _____ a security at an agreed-upon price and date.

Binary Options brokers: how they work and what are the differences between them

If you intend to become a binary option trader, you should know that it is not possible to do so free solo. In order to trade binary options, you will need a broker. A broker works as the link between the trader and the market he/she is trying to access. In this article, we explain who those brokers are, what they actually do, what are the differences between them and how to find the right broker for you.

What are binary options brokers?

Brokers organize transactions between a buyer and a seller and receive a commission for doing so. The best known example is that of real estate brokers: that is, professionals who bring buyers and sellers together to carry out a property transaction between them, negotiating an agreement with both parties and receiving a percentage of the sale price as a prize. This does not differ, in general, from the financial market. A financial broker brings together buyers and sellers of financial products. Those products can be stocks, debts, futures... or, of course, binary options.
A binary options broker specializes, of course, in binary options, bringing together supply and demand for such options. Therefore, if you want to buy a S&P 500 (American stock index) binary option, you will find that by accessing a broker. As there is no alternative for someone trying to buy/sell binary options, if you want to carry out such a transaction, you should always use a broker.
A broker, therefore, will take care of all the necessary steps related to the transaction: they will be processing deposits and withdrawals; will ensure that the customer's money is kept safe; will provide up-to-date pricing information; will guarantee quick processing of all customer's operations; will provide great trading software; and finally will provide efficient customer support service for any questions and complaints.

Differences between binary options brokers

Although binary options are a relatively new financial product, there are already several brokers operating in this market. Also, there are significant differences between these brokers. An important difference is related to the percentage of return that each platform will offer. The most normal pay-out is 80% of the initial investment, but this can go up or down sometimes.
This is not the only distinguishing factor for binary options brokers, though. Each broker has its trading platform. The broker's software needs to work well and have all its features and visualization resources fully available. When analyzing and trading binary options, you should be able to focus exclusively on the market and on your own decisions, without any distractions with unstable or slow platforms.
If you don't know a broker very well, you can create a demo (test) account and try out its platform with most of its real features, without spending real money. Then, if you are not satisfied, you can just leave and try another broker. There are many brokers to choose from, so you will be always able to find whichever option suits your needs the most.
Finally, binary options brokers offer different types of extras. Some brokers offer bonuses to new customers after their first deposit (which makes creating a new account much more attractive). Other brokers offer free educational content, such as e-books and webinars, to improve the skills of newbie traders. There are also many brokers that will offer individual support when signing up to their premium accounts.

Conclusion

Brokers have a fundamental role in the functioning of the binary options market. Therefore, understanding their role and the most striking differences between them is essential to take advantage of the qualities each one has to offer. Do a lot of research before choosing a broker for your binary options investments and ensure that you will have plenty of benefits and features for your daily trading sessions.

I got cable issues, my stock DT 240 Pros and my TIN T2's have had cables broken; what are some decent budget options?

Ugh, I've had horrible luck recently; 3 headphones out of use with two days because of cable breaks.
What cables should I be getting? I got two pairs of 8 core silvers for my IEM's from AliExpress a while ago but I got the wrong jack size (wanted 6.3mm got 4.4mms D:) and don't have a soldering station to change the jacks (yet).
Anyone know some cheap options that can take some wear or I could just buy a pile of them; it'd be nice to get a braided/coiled pair for the DT 240s if possible only because I'll probably not take them outside anymore.

Got promoted from BDR -> AE. Negotiated salary, got what I asked for. Then realised I totally forgot to ask for stock options - and we are a succesful pre-IPO company... Anything I can still do?

As per title. Contract was sent across and everything (for some reason I didn't need to sign it - whatevs) and I've accepted the offer.
Could I feasibly bring up the stock options as a seperate conversation? I've been wanting some since I started, and it looks like we will IPO in the next year or so....
Any suggestions would be welcomed!

What are some good stocking options for a 30 gallon cube tank?

I have 2 juli corydoras I plan on moving to my new 30 gallon so I can give them a proper school, but what else can I add in? If I mix different types of corys like albinos of pandas will they all school together or do they all need to be the same?
I'm still cycling the tank right now, but it has plenty of driftwood and a few small plants so far (anubias nava, java fern, java moss, and amazon swords). I have nutrient rich substrate towards the back for planting which is covered by aquarium gravel and a space towards the front with sand (for feeding the corys). It's also a low-tech, moderate light tank if that matters.

What investment/inflation-resistant retirement saving options are there for someone who is philosophically against participating in the stock market?

The philosophical conflict comes from despising how speculative and manipulation-prone the stock market can be. I am trying to convince the person that they won’t be able to live off of social security alone. Finally, they are willing to look into some sort of putting money aside for retirement but I don’t know what options exist that can increase the odds of keeping up with inflation.
Thanks for any tips!
